How we vet every link
Most link reports are a list of URLs. Ours come with the evidence. Below is the standard a site has to clear before it reaches your shortlist, with the actual thresholds we work to. If a site fails one of these, we drop it rather than quietly lower the bar.
You see this evidence for every placement we deliver, and you approve the shortlist before we pitch anyone.
1. Real organic traffic
The site needs at least 300 monthly organic sessions. For niche edits we check traffic to the specific page, not just the domain. Authority scores are directional; traffic is evidence. A site with a strong rating and no traffic usually has a rating that was manufactured.
2. Topical relevance
The site has to rank for keywords in or adjacent to your category. We judge relevance by what a site actually ranks for, not by what its About page claims to cover. A general blog that publishes one post a month in your niche is not a relevant site.
3. Indexation
We confirm the linking page is indexed in Google on the day of placement, and we check again 14 days later. An unindexed page passes no value, so if it has dropped out by the second check we tell you rather than leaving it on the report.
4. Footprint and outbound profile
We reject sites where every recent post carries a paid link, where outbound links run to unrelated commercial categories, or that show the usual network tells: shared templates, thin reused author profiles, and content published in bursts after long dormancy. There also has to be a real editorial contact rather than an order form.
Our replacement guarantee
If a link is removed within 30 days of placement, we replace it at no cost. If a site we placed on later turns out to have failed one of the checks above, you hear it from us before you find it yourself. We do not guarantee rankings, because nobody can.
